  • How do I know that my order has been placed?
    You will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. If you are a registered member, you can also check the order status in "My Orders".
  • How can I track my order?
    Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email/ WhatsApp Message along with tracking details.
  • Do I need to have an account to place an order?
    No! You can place an order using guest checkout without having an account.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our facility, we can assist you. Please write to us at hello@sprinklys.com for further assistance.
  • What happens if you are unable to fulfil my order?
    If we are unable to fulfil an order after you have placed it, our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be processed. The refund amount will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • How can we provide feedback?
    We would love to hear from you! You can: Send us some pictures on E-mail / Whatsapp/ Instagram Post on social media with the hashtag #sprinklysbaby or #sprinklys. Please tag us on your images - @sprinklysdotcom Please do recommend us to your friends 😀
  • Is tax included in the prices that are mentioned?
    Yes. The price mentioned on the product page is inclusive of taxes. During checkout, a shipping fee will be added to your cart depending on the order value. We charge a shipping fee of Rs. 100/- for orders below Rs. 2000/-.
