RETURNS 

  • All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Orders once dispatched cannot be returned.

  • In case of manufacturing defects , please write to us at hello@sprinklys.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8106412169 within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). Kindly specify the following details in your email/ message - 

    • Order Number

    • Description of the issue

    • Attach images, highlighting the defect in the product received. 

    • Please make sure the original tags and invoice is available for return

  • Further processing of the request will taken up by us. Please allow us 2 business days to respond to your email/ message. 

  • Return request raised after 24 hours of receiving the products will not be considered/entertained. 

REFUNDS POLICY

  • Refunds will be initiated only in the case of manufacturing defects. 

  • The refund will be initiated once we receive the products back at our facility. 

  • The refund amount will include the product fee & the shipping fee and it will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
