SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders placed on business days (working days) will be dispatched within 48 to a maximum of 72 hours from our facility.

  • Dispatch may take slightly longer for orders placed on non-business days (Saturday's & Sunday's).

  • A shipping  fee of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 3000/-

  • Depending on the location, the product should be delivered to you within 10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking ID of your shipment either through email or WhatsApp or on both communication channels. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For order cancellations, please write to hello@sprinklys.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8106412169

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the entire amount including the shipping fees will be refunded to the original mode of payment. 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been dispatched.
